I am nineteen years old. I grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley watching my father underwrite deals before he ever picked up a hammer. He was a master tradesman who spent three decades building luxury estates from Aspen to Vail, but he thought like an investor. Every project started with a spreadsheet, not a tool belt.

From him I learned the discipline that most real estate funds skip: understand the dirt before the dollars. He taught me to read a lot for its buildable yield, to price construction to the stud, and to know which parcels would never trade because the families who own them do not need to sell. That last lesson is the foundation of RealAssets.

I do not have thirty years of deals behind me. What I have is a lifetime of exposure to this corridor, a network built through my father's three decades of work, and the conviction that the best risk-adjusted returns anywhere are sitting right here in supply-locked mountain real estate. RealAssets is the vehicle I am building to connect investors to them.

My father gave me the craft. I am giving investors the capital structure to profit from it.
